The staff were amazing, always with a smile and willing to help. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of food. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and markets. Also, the rooms were spacious and well-priced.
The hotel could use some updates; the rooms are quite old and not as advertised on the website. The bathroom should be renovated, and the hotel's policy should be clearer. Additionally, some of the staff could be more helpful and friendly. despite some negative aspects, my stay was enjoyable and relaxing. It was a great holiday with good food, a perfect location, and friendly staff.

Had a blast during XMAS here! We got two complimentary drinks on arrival and a free cake on XMAS day! The hotel was situated right in the heart of everything, just a short stroll from the beach. What stood out for me was the awesome rooftop pool – perfect for enjoying the sunshine!
No significant negatives except for the fact that the street-facing rooms were a bit loud. But who cares, it's Pattaya!

This is a superior hotel with very good location and staff. It was very close to Pattaya Beach. Room had lots of facilities, including air conditioning, a multi-channel television and a study table. Comfortable base for 4 nights.
